Here is a handy little device that was made a long, long time ago by someone else. It allows you to adjust the range of a control by percentages. It is pretty neat and very handy in the right situation.
From the "Help" inside the device:
-Control Modifier (Percentage)-
This device is to modify control values.
-Input-
The percentage of the input is shown here. This represents the control connected to the input of this device.
-Minimum-
This sets the minimum percentage to which the output is allowed to be set.
-Maximum-
This sets the maximum percentage to which the output is allowed to be set.
-Output-
This is the final value of the output. It is connected to the output via a Position Link so the relative position of this control is what is passed out to manipulate an external control.
