You can now download the Knowledge Center app from the Apple App Store and install it on your iOS device. Get it here:

The app includes the latest Knowledge Center help in a touch format, along with all the PDFs. It is completely self-contained, so you can browse the help and PDFs without an internet connection. It is only when you want to search this forum from the app that you need an internet connection.
