I've already shared it with a customer who needs to do some upgrades.
I particularly like your "don't" list.
The last point could be changed to Friday, just before 5pm in any timezone.

Good idea....  But is that covered by the song "It's 5 o'clock somewhere"?
So add; "If this is your first time, don't do it on Friday, period."
