It looks like there is not an app for my Surface Tablet to run MWare?

In this age of redefining terms; MWare is an app.  It will install on any Windows OS going all the way back to Windows 95 with 1 meg (yes, that's right, meg), 386-32 bit CPU and plain old VGA monitor (800x600 was the minimum recommended).
So unless you are using an original Surface that is using the ARM for a CPU, there should not be a problem...
