I have a Nion n3 with firmware rev 1.6.1. Can I use a CM-2 Card in this box?

So if I upgrade the firmware it might work? I've got six other nion n3s running in our system. If I upgrade the firmware on one box, do I have to upgrade on all of them?

No, the CM-2 will not work in a NION. It is a fundamentally different design than the CM-1.
There is no firmware version or modification that will make it work.
