Well, I think you need to send it in for repair.
Based upon the fact that I have seen this very same issue before, I am going to guess that Q5 on your NION Mainboard exploded. Q5 is right next to the big yellow flyback transformer near the front panel air intake vent.
Send the unit to your MediaMatrix repair center for them to fix. These SMT parts are a pain in the neck for the average guy to repair, you need to be set up for it and have the right parts.

It sounds like Sam has you taken care of in China.
The repair itself is a moderately quick fix, a couple of hours at the very most. All the time is tied up in shipping the unit from there to here. Of course, I'm sure if you would like to pay for air freight the turn around would be considerably faster.

and custom's PA system is running , if Nion3 or CAB4N or PCU2/4 change wrong and can't run in this system normal, Please tell me How to do??? So we just tell custom the PA system can't run because we must wait shipping the unit from there to here or air flighting the unit from ther to here???
